Submit Quote Request Online

The easiest way to start the process of transporting specimens is to submit a quote request online. If you prefer to speak with someone live, no worries. We have you covered. Receive/Accept Quote & Terms and Conditions by email

Once you submit a quote request, we will email you the quote along with a PDF of our Terms and Conditions. You simply just need to respond to the email that you agree to the quote and the Terms and Conditions.

Receive Invoice by Email and Pay Invoice Online

After you agree and accept the quote and the Terms and Conditions, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have the opportunity to pay the invoice online by clicking the appropriate link on the invoice. If you prefer to provide us your credit card details over the phone, you can give us a call at (646) 960-9933. We recommend not texting any credit card details.

 

 
 

Shipment scheduling

Once the invoice is paid, we get to work. We will take the scheduling process between both fertility clinics off your shoulders. You are not required to do anything. We take care of the entire scheduling process from the delivery of the dry shipper as well as pick up and delivery of the shipment. Oh, and by the way, you will be included in all communication with the clinics. This is our way of improving transparency.

shipment pick up

Once the shipping clinic and receiving clinic have confirmed the delivery schedule, we will ship a liquid nitrogen dry shipper tank to the shipping clinic to arrive on the confirmed scheduled date. We will also schedule our transportation partner to pick up the shipment with your specimens on the designated shipping date. You will receive either a link via email to track your shipment on the day its picked up or you will receive status emails when shipments are picked up and delivered.

 
 

 
 

Shipment delivered to receiving clinic

Your shipment has been delivered. You can check the status of delivery by either clicking the link in the email that was sent to you regarding tracking your shipment or you will receive an email stating that your shipment has been delivered. Either way we try to make this process as easy and transparent as possible.
