From my first inquiry, Ty walked me through the process of transporting my embryo from one state to another and continued to diligently follow up and keep me informed until my embryo was delivered. I am so thankful to have found Fertility Couriers. With IVF in mid-progress, I needed to switch clinics, but neither clinic or lab provided courier services, nor had tanks to lend or rent to me (not that I would know proper protocol anyway). Figuring out what to do was nerve-wracking. I requested quotes from two large companies that the labs were familiar with. While waiting for quotes, I came across Fertility Couriers. I called and Ty took my call himself and immediately calmed my nerves. Not only did Fertility Couriers have the best quote, but they treated me like a human rather than a business deal. Fertility Couriers coordinated all the logistics between clinics and made sure communication was transparent and that I knew what was going on through the whole process. Everything was delivered safe and sound even earlier than I requested, and I'm able to move forward with creating my family at the new clinic. Fertility Couriers comes with my highest recommendation. Should I ever have a need like this again, I will definitely be calling them!

We had a wonderful time with Fertility Couriers. They were prompt, answered our questions late on a week night when we were off work. They accommodated our crazy schedules and personalised the experience. We required an expedited delivery and they pulled it off very nicely without hiccups. They alleviated our anxiety about the process. In particular, a shout out to Ty who was our main person through this process.

Infertility is a tough journey and having collaborators and friendly folks makes the process more bearable. Fertility Couriers made this journey a little less painful.

I am very pleased to share my feedback regarding my experience with Fertility Couriers. I was given a number of contacts to assist us with transferring oocytes for our fertility needs. I chose Fertility Couriers because they were the most professional, the most organized and the follow up was very thorough. For example, Ty answered the phone and provided a detailed explanation of what they needed, what I could expect (in terms of services) and what I needed to do to complete the inquiry. To be honest, I also felt reassured because there was no language barrier. After I filled out the online paperwork, Ty took over coordinating everything. Additionally, during the entire process, Ty was very timely in his communications. Unfortunately, there was a delay in our transfer and he kept in touch and even updated our estimate due to changes in flight costs (we saved money). Ty coordinated communication between the two fertility clinics so that I did not have to. On the days leading up to and until the oocytes were delivered, Ty provided minute to minute updates. I would use Fertility Couriers again and highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Fertility Couriers! I called after hours with an urgent, last- minute request for pickup and delivery the following day.
