I wasn't sure whether to use Fertility Couriers or a larger, more well known company to ship my embryos across the country.  Both were recommended to me and considered reliable, but after speaking with Ty, I chose Fertility Couriers.  Ty was extremely warm, knowledgable, and thoughtful.  He personally addressed all of my questions and concerns.  He fully explained the process to me in great detail.  Shortly after scheduling and paying for my embryo transport, I needed to delay my cycle and transport indefinitely.  Ty offered to refund my payment or hold it until I was able to reschedule.  He was always flexible and quick to respond to calls or messages.  During the transport Ty continued to send me shipment status updates, which I could also track through a special online link.  My embryos were with someone at all times to and from the airlines and delivered to my fertility center without incident.  It was an absolute pleasure working with Ty and Fertility Couriers!  I would definitely recommend them.

Five stars for Fertility Couriers! I had a great experience working with Ty. Going through IVF is stressful and exhausting - but the shipping of my embryos was the easiest part. I reached out to at least 4 shipping couriers for information/quotes for shipping my embryos from Tampa to Atlanta. Most couriers got back to me 3 days after my call, only to inform me that they required at least a 2-week notice before the ship date and I would have to pay substantially more for expedited service. When I called Fertility Couriers, Ty got back to me within hours - explaining the entire process from start to finish. When I decided to use this service, he coordinated everything for me between the 2 labs and even gave me up to the minute updates on the day of the delivery.
