Ty from Fertility Couriers was amazing from start finish. He responded immediately and answered all my questions. He worked diligently with both fertility centers to coordinate the best available date. He was flexible, professional and helpful. Deciding who to trust with your most precious cargo is a really hard decision. After speaking with Ty and seeing how much he genuinely cares about us and our situation really put my mind at ease. He was empathetic, trusting and truly went out of his way to accommodate us. He put my mind at ease by answering all of my questions and taking the time to call and really explain the process to me. From the moment of pick up to the time of drop off I was given live updates. That type of reassurance and communication is priceless. Going through Fertility treatment is stressful enough and causes a lot of anxiety. Knowing that this part of the process was handled with the upmost care and respect really made a difference. Fertility Couriers was very helpful in the process of transporting oocytes between fertility labs. Ty was prompt with email responses and handled all of the communication between the two labs which made my life so much easier. On day of transport, I was given immediate updates on departure and arrival which gave me peace of mind that my oocytes were handled with care and safe in the lab. Fertility treatments are already stressful enough. Throw on top of that having to ship your embryos to complete the process, and you’ve got full-blown panic mode. We searched for a transportation service that was responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We were astounded by what we found - a plethora of companies who took days to respond, and those responses were outlandish quotes for something we knew would cost a fraction of what they were charging. Then, thanks to our REI clinic, we found Fertility Couriers. Ty emailed me back the same day, with a quote far more reasonable than any we had received. AND the email came from him - not some automated response system. We experienced a delay in our shipping, and Ty personally called to give us updates on the new schedule. He emailed us with every movement of the package, and we felt completely confident with the entire process. I would not recommend any company but Fertility Couriers for this delicate process!
