The IVF process is simply an exhausting and overwhelming process.  For insurance purposes, I had to transport my eggs to a different facility.  Ty, at Fertility Couriers, was able to explain the process and was so kind and patient answering all my questions.  It was definitely a calming experience speaking with him as he truly made me feel comfortable.  He was an over-communicator and always kept me updated with the entire process.  I had live updates on the day of the transport which was great.  I highly recommend Fertility Couriers!  They earn your trust from the very beginning!

Fertility Couriers, and Ty in particular, were outstanding through this whole process. He replied to my many questions quickly and thoroughly and I felt confident our embryos would be transported with the same care and caution we would give them ourselves. Our transportation occurred during the COVID-19 crisis, and during that time Ty was in regular contact with our clinics and as soon as they opened, he got us a transit slot. This has been the most stress free experience I’ve had with infertility. I thought transferring my embryos to another state was going to be difficult but with the help from Fertility Couriers it has been so easy. They got in contact with both facilities in both states, completely set everything up, completely kept me in the loop for everything, and let me know exactly when and where my embryos were at all times. They respond to you almost immediately if you have a question. Their customer service is excellent and I am so pleased because this process is already stressful enough. Having looked up information on so many different carriers, Fertility Couriers was our best fit for various reasons, including cost. As Institutions were slowly opening up during the Covid pandemic - I was trying to transfer my embryos. With multiple emails and calls going back and forth - answered at random times/days by the institutions - there was Fertility Couriers. They were my angels. Fertility Couriers took charge of the transfer. They started to make the calls - they started to coordinate the embryo transfer. I realized Fertility Couriers was well known and respected by many people in the reproductive medicine field. All along Fertility Couriers answered my calls and emails promptly . Fertility Couriers was a pleasure to work with. During the uncertain times of COVID-19, undergoing fertility treatment has many hurdles and stresses above the normal ones. I contacted Fertility Couriers to handle my embryo transfer. They were amazing! They took the stress out of the whole process! And they were priced competitively. They handled everything, from communicating with both the sending and receiving fertility centers to schedule the transfer date, use of their liquid nitrogen dry shipper tank, and to do the actual transfer. They kept me informed throughout the process, but didn’t require me to do anything. I would recommend them without hesitation to everyone. They are the best!
